2. User Accounts
Your account with The Clothe Studio is linked to your unique Telegram User ID. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. User Content and Responsibility
This section deals with the images and text you upload.
3.1. Your Content: You are solely responsible for the images, text captions, and any other data you upload to the Service (“User Content”).
3.2. Content Rights & Permissions: You represent and warrant that you own your User Content or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use it and to grant us the rights to use it as described in these Terms. You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, pornographic, offensive, or infringes on any third-party rights (such as copyright or trademark).
3.3. License to Us: By uploading User Content, you grant The Clothe Studio a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and process your User Content for the sole purpose of generating your AI model image and providing the Service to you. We will not use your uploaded garment photos for any other purpose, such as marketing, without your explicit permission.
4. Ownership and Use of Generated Images
You Own What You Create: You are the owner of the final Generated Images that you create using your purchased Credits.
Commercial Use: You are free to use your Generated Images for any personal or commercial purpose, including for your e-commerce website, social media marketing, digital catalogs, advertisements, and other business activities.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
Upload any User Content that violates these Terms.
Engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or the Telegram bot.
Resell or sublicense the Service without our prior written consent.
6. Payments, Credits, and Refunds
Access to our Service requires the purchase of digital “Credits”. All purchases are processed through our third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay).
The use and purchase of Credits are subject to our Refund Policy, which is available on our website and/or payment page. By purchasing Credits, you agree to the terms of the Refund Policy.
Credits are non-transferable and do not expire.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the Generated Images will be perfect or meet your specific expectations every time. The output of AI can be subjective and may occasionally produce artifacts or imperfections.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Clothe Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) resulting from your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
