Refund Policy for The Clothe Studio

Effective Date: October 10, 2025

Thank you for using The Clothe Studio. Our goal is to provide a high-quality AI image generation service. This policy outlines our rules regarding refunds for the purchase of digital “Credits”.

By purchasing Credits, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. General Policy: No Cash Refunds

Our policy is simple: All purchases of digital Credits are final and strictly non-refundable.

Once a payment is successfully processed, the purchased Credits are instantly added to your account within our Telegram bot. As these are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase, we cannot offer a cash refund for any reason, including accidental purchases or if you change your mind.

2. Why We Have This Policy

You are purchasing a digital product (Credits) that is delivered instantly and can be used immediately. Unlike a physical product, a digital product cannot be “returned.” We encourage all users to make full use of their free trial credits to test and evaluate our service before making a purchase.

3. Exceptions: When Credits are Refunded

While we do not offer cash refunds, we do offer a refund of Credits back to your bot account in one specific situation:

  • Technical Failure on Our Side:We understand that technology isn’t always perfect. If our AI system experiences an internal technical failure and is unable to generate and deliver your image after you have spent Credits, those Credits will be automatically refunded to your account. You will receive a notification if this happens.

4. Situations Not Eligible for a Refund

We do not offer refunds (of cash or Credits) in the following situations:

  • Subjective Dissatisfaction: If you are not happy with the artistic style, colors, composition, or the appearance of the AI-generated model. The output of AI is creative and subjective. We provide a free trial so you can judge the quality for yourself before buying.
  • Poor Input Quality: If the final image is of low quality due to a poor-quality, blurry, badly-angled, or unclear garment photo that you provided as input. The quality of the output is directly dependent on the quality of the input.
  • Unused Credits: We do not provide cash refunds for any unused Credits in your account. Your Credits do not expire, so you can use them at any time in the future.

5. Payment & Billing Errors

If you face any issues with the payment process itself, such as:

  • You were charged twice for a single purchase.
  • Your payment was successful, but Credits were not added to your account.

Please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate the issue and, upon verification, will manually add the correct number of Credits to your account or resolve the billing error as needed.

6. How to Report an Issue

If you believe Credits were incorrectly deducted due to a technical failure that was not automatically refunded, please contact our support team with your Telegram User ID and the approximate time of the request. We will review our system logs.
